“THE COUNCIL” GUIDED SESSION $175 - 75 to 90 minutes
Everything in this world is born with a destiny and supported by a spiritual team. During this reading I channel my spirit team “the council” to bring forward messages that your Ori (higher self) or spirit team have for you at the time of the reading. We start with a brief meditation, followed by receiving messages. The goal of these sessions is to help you get in tune with your Ori and spirit team so that over time as they speak to you, you learn to set daily intentions and practices to tune into the messages that they have for you and live-in alignment to the best of your ability each day.

Have you ever had a question and deep inside you are pretty sure what you are supposed to do, but you need some confirmation and insight as to why it’s a yes or no. Then this is the reading for you! After submitting your question Aina will approach either her ancestors, Egbe or Orisa and ask your question using the cowrie shells. Your response will be emailed or texted back to you within 24-48 hours, with reasoning why your answer is yes/or no.
BONE READING $165 - 60 to 90 minutes
Bone reading is an ancient form of divination whereby the readers bone set; which is made up of bones, stones and curios are cast and land in patterns interpreted by the reader. Bone reading is highly intuitive and involves channeling spirits, particularly the ancestors for further guidance and assistance on a client’s behalf. Aina's style of bone reading is based on West African traditions, which she learned through the Ori Institute. Each reading varies in length, depending on how much the ancestors or your guides have to say. Yet are typically 60-90 minutes, with the first 30-45 minutes discussing the cast and work that the you may have to undertake for self-improvement and positive alignment and the last 15-30 minutes are a time for you to ask yes/no based questions. Keep in mind what you may assume is the issue or solution, may be rooted in something else and that is the information that may come forward. You must be open to the messages, honest and ready to do the work that may be required following a reading. Make sure to have a pen and paper to write down what is channeled/discussed.
SPIRITUAL COUNSELLING $175 - 60 minutes
Well-being and balance are states of existence that we all seek in this lifetime. Spiritual counselling sessions can help by exploring your psychological-Social-Spiritual being. With a Master’s of Social Work background I draw upon my education, life experience and knowledge of various cultures, tradition and earth based practices that I have the honor of knowing and carrying forward. Spiritual counselling is available to anyone, regardless of your faith or beliefs. It is a way to explore your past, and heal trauma you may have experienced. It does not mean the trauma goes away, it means that you have the resources and tools to pour love into yourself as opposed to judgement and anger. Over the years I have worked in a number of different areas from children and families, addictions and mental health and use a variety of treatment modalities based upon your needs. These sessions are not a one size fits all and will likely require ongoing sessions. I never want money to be an issue for people accessing mental health services. If money is an issue, we can discuss this.
REIKI TREATMENT $120 - 60 minutes
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing whereby the practitioner uses a light hands-on approach to channel universal energy to the client. This channeling of energy assists and encourages emotional and or physical healing in the client. Many people ask “what does it feel like?” Most responses are that it feels calming, relaxing and warm. Many people fall asleep or enter a meditative state.
